  Not thrilled with their communication, but in the end it was fixed. When I brought in my laptop I was told it would be looked at in 1 week. I hadn't received a call, so I called them after 10 days. I got a call the next day that it just got fixed. They didn't call to tell me the problem or cost to fix it, after the initial diagnosis. Turns out it was $65 for the diagnosis and another $150 to fix it.....$215 in all. I would have considered applying the cost to getting a new laptop. In the end, I probably would have had them fix it anyway, but their communication didn't even give me the opportunity to consider my options.
